A Legacy that lives on

Rosewood's journey begins in Atlanta, where Chef Tim Lundy (1955-2023) launched a thriving catering and event planning business in 1989. From the 1996 Olympics to corporate galas, his visionary touch garnered awards and led to the formation of the International Live Events Association.
Amidst his accomplishments, a desire for a simpler life led him to Rosewood Market in Highlands, North Carolina. This gourmet takeout spot, echoing the charm of small European markets, captured Tim's heart. In 1999, after acquiring his dream cabin, he extended his commitment to culinary excellence to Rosewood, maintaining the same level of service in this close-knit community.
Angela, Tim's sister, joined the team in 2000, overseeing the kitchen, while Kristyn, his daughter, learned the ropes of floral and tabletop design.
In 2023, Angela and Kristyn seamlessly took the reins of Rosewood Market, embracing the legacy crafted by Chef Tim. Both women share a dedication to quality and innovative cuisine, striving to create memorable experiences for customers. As the new owners, Angela and Kristyn carry forward Tim Lundy's vision at Rosewood Market, where the focus remains on genuine connections and delicious, heartfelt dishes.
